CONTROL-TEC® CAM KAKI, technology for the removal of astringency and conservation of persimmons

This TECNIDEX's innovative system of controlled atmosphere allows the elimination of the astringency of the persimmons, in less that 48 hours, without producing spots in the fruits by means of a control of oxygen, carbon dioxide and reduction of ethylene in fixed conditions of temperature and relative dampness.

It works in atmospheres free-alcohol and therefore not explosive, as with other techniques. This equipment, combined with a suitable maturation equipment (CONTROL-TEC® CAM D) and cold storage, allows controlling and regulating the process of maturation and conservation of persimmon.
