Interko´s Random Access AXESSO Ripening Rooms are specifically designed to offer the flexibility of shifting between ripening different fruits, including mangoes, avocados, stone fruit and even pears.

Interko AXESSO rooms allow users maximum adaptability and efficiency, with full user-controllability and accurate temperature control, at minimum cost.

Individual pallets can be removed from the room once the fruit has ripened.
