The list, which contains the top 25 patent applicants from Spain, illustrates ULMA's strong innovation capacity as a leading designer and manufacturer of cutting-edge packaging equipment and systems
The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) is the organisation in Spain that is responsible for the country's patent system. National patent applications are submitted to this organisation and it is also possible to submit international patent applications (PCT) and European patent applications (EPO).
The report entitled “The Patent System in 2019. Analysis of the International, European and Spanish Situation” that was published by Gian-Lluís Ribechini Creus, a professor at the prestigious OBS Business School, shows that, through its ULMA Packaging Technological Center, ULMA PACKAGING has now joined the exclusive list of the top 25 Spanish companies that submitted the highest number of European patient applications to the OEPM in the 2012-2019 period.
Great news that once again shows ULMA Packaging's customers that it is a company that creates innovative ideas and solutions. With a strong customer-oriented focus, developing highly efficient automatic equipment and systems, adapted to the industry 4.0 framework and producing increasingly sustainable packaging.
