Solutions for difficult to cut products and more

URSCHEL, specialized in food cutting technology, participated in the biyearly potato industry Interpom 2018 exhibition with the last products, Affinity Integra, and the slicing head for the Model CC Slicer, as well as the classic solutions by the TranSlicer 2510 Cutter, the DiversaCut 2110A dicer, the Sprint 2, …

The MicroAdjustable Slicing Head (SL-14) offers nearly double the capacity of an 8-shoe head. The new design incorporates ideal, carefully crafted spacing of cutting stations to maximize slice engagement. Tool-free knife changeovers.

Affinity Integra is an addition to the Affinity line of Urschel dicers. It is a smaller version of the original Affinity dicer. Like the Affinity, the Integra excels at processing challenging, meets the challenges of difficult to cut applications such as brined pickles, as well as cheese or soft meats, meats with high-fat content, cold temperature products, sticky bakery ingredients, … The clean-cutting action achieves high yields of precise, targeted cut sizes.

The TranSlicer 2510 Cutter is the largest in the TranSlicer line of cutting machinery; ideally suited for leafy vegetables, and fruit vegetables such as cucumbers, eggplant, honeydew, cantaloupe, …

The Diversa Cut 2110 A is the largest machine in the Divers Cut line. Produces dices, strips, slices, granulates, and shreds at high production capacities. With a maximum infeed of 254 mm in any dimension, eliminates the need to pre-cut the product.

The Sprint 2 offers food processors an alternative to the industry-proven Urschel Model G Dicer and additional benefits compared to the DiversCut Sprint. It uniformly dices, strip cuts, granulates or slices a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, bakery goods, and meats.
