CO2 adsorber, suitable for ULO preservation

Absoger Adsorbedor de CO2.png

At the forefront of innovation, ABSOGER adsorbers are programmable, for equipment adapted to the customer's needs.

How they work:

  • Adsorption principle CMS activated carbon columns
  • Cycle operation: Adsorption > Regeneration > N2 scavenging
  • Models: single or double tank

To limit oxygen ingress and achieve oxygen levels below 1% in the chambers, adsorbers must incorporate a nitrogenous carbon scavenging cycle or operate with a pressure management system.

CO2 adsorber - Single tank

The single tank adsorber is designed for adsorption in 1-3 chambers.

Technical specifications:

  • Automatic Management
  • Software: V7 or Smart Controller technology
  • Display: touch screen, colour
  • Remote control
  • Automatic alarm system
  • Purity level: 0.7% to 1% (O2/CO2)
  • ULO/XLO compatibility
  • Dimensions and weight: depending on model

CO2 adsorber - Double tank

The dual tank adsorber allows uninterrupted work in the assigned chambers.

Technical specifications:

  • Automatic Management
  • Software: V7 or Smart Controller technology
  • Display: touch screen, colour
  • Remote control
  • Automatic alarm system
  • Purity level: 0.7% to 1% (O2/CO2)
  • ULO/XLO compatibility
  • Dimensions and weight: depending on model

    Automatic control

ABSOGER CO2 adsorbers are designed to operate in several chambers and to be driven by an automatic control system. The controller activates the operation of each connected device. An algorithm allows the machines to run for exactly the time required to achieve the set rates.

The standard equipment includes a basic PLC with a colour touch screen that controls the adsorber: it carries out the commands and allows different regeneration and adsorption cycles to be performed depending on the required CO2 content.
