The production of baby carrots requires specialised machines for the different processing steps: cutting, sorting, scraping, polishing and cooling.

You can produce perfect baby carrots with this line set-up of SORMAC.

The capacity of this line is 1,500 kg an hour.

The line works best with imperator carrots with a max. diameter of 30 mm.
