BION-Bioconservación's range of ETH equipment provides an efficient and reliable solution for ethylene removal and air sanitisation in chambers used for storing fruit, vegetables and ornamental plants. Its application preserves post-harvest quality and extends the shelf life of products through effective atmospheric control.
In line with a strategy of continuous improvement, all ETH Basic models have been optimised and new ETH Eco units have been developed, incorporating:
These improvements reinforce the company's commitment to sustainable, high-performance solutions for post-harvest preservation throughout the supply chain.
The new ETH models incorporate significant improvements in both design and functionality. The exterior redesign features a more attractive and professional aesthetic, while relocating the control panel to the rear of the unit. This modification improves operational safety and facilitates installation in confined or difficult-to-access spaces. In addition, an intuitive on/off button has been added, which significantly simplifies the operation of all models in the range.
In terms of durability, the structure of the equipment has undergone a specific treatment that guarantees high resistance to corrosion. This process improves the adhesion of the epoxy paint applied over the primer, ensuring effective protection against the humid and aggressive environments commonly found in storage chambers.
The improvements also extend to performance. All ETH models have been optimised to offer greater air filtration capacity with reduced energy consumption. These units maintain efficient performance even in adverse conditions, such as low temperatures, high humidity or high ethylene concentrations.
Finally, it should be noted that the entire ETH range is manufactured entirely in Europe and is EEC certified, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of quality and technical safety.
