Our system of hygienic pepper washing has high effectiveness both against the pathogens that cause the pepper to decay as well as against all other pathogenic microorganisms, resulting in a radical improvement in the maintenance of freshness and the avoidance of any cross-contamination that could affect the food safety of the fruit.
