New dicer prototype unveiled at Foodex
URSCHEL is a designer and manufacturer of food cutting machinery such as dicers, slicers, strip cutters, milling machines, granulators and many other size reductions machines. Urschel equipment serves most of the food industry sectors including snacks, dairy, confectionery, meat, vegetable and pharmaceutical processing Worlwide. At Foodex, the company will exhibit a prototype of the latest DiversaCut®. The built-in VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) controlled discharge conveyor facilitates batch processing into totes, or onto platforms. The conveyor option eases routine servicing by maintaining the machine at floor level. Equipped with a compact cutting zone, the DiversaCut 2110A supplies slices, dices, shreds, or product granulations. This machine is in the final stage of testing, and will be available for purchase soon.
