Little Gem Aspire: A New Solution for Fresh Produce Processing
The Little Gem Aspire Dicer is a new Urschel cutting concept for produce processing. Engineered through extensive R&D by Urschel’s Innovation and Development department, the compact dicer features a patented StatiCut™ knife assembly and crosscut knife assembly to produce slices ranging from 2 mm to 20 mm, dices up to 20 mm, and strip cuts.
Named after the original Little Gem, the new dicer combines ease of use with strong performance, building on its predecessor, which helped establish Urschel as a global leader in cutting technology.
KRONEN GS 10-2: Multifunctional, High-Capacity Cutting
The multifunctional, belt-fed KRONEN GS 10-2 Slicer provides effective and gentle solutions for slicing, dicing, shredding, grating, and segmenting a wide range of products, making it an ideal high-capacity cutting option for food processors.
Product enters the machine on a built-in flat conveyor that moves it toward the rotating cutting knife at speeds preset on the keypad. This allows operators to adjust the cut thickness without having to change the knife.
The GS 10-2 Slicer on display at The Global Produce and Floral Show will include a trimming table to facilitate cleaning and product preparation for further processing steps.
