The new Buyers Club brings together 500 leading international buyers in the fresh produce sector with exhibitors and facilitates the establishment of high-value business contacts.

With FRUIT LOGISTICA 2027, which will take place from February 3 to 5, 2027 in Berlin, the new Buyers Club for international buyers will also make its debut. The Buyers Club brings together an exclusive network of international purchasing decision-makers with a wide range of matchmaking, networking, and premium services during the fair. It is aimed, among others, at retailers, importers and exporters, wholesalers, distributors, food processing companies, as well as professionals and executives from the hotel, restaurant, and catering (HoReCa) sector.

International buyers with strong real decision-making power have for many years been among the most important visitor groups of FRUIT LOGISTICA. With the Buyers Club, the world’s leading fresh produce trade fair now creates an exclusive network of 500 top international buyers from key sourcing markets. Admission is based on defined criteria, including decision-making authority and purchasing volume.

A community that goes beyond the days of the fair

The Buyers Club is designed to connect buyers with the most relevant business partners more quickly and efficiently, while also facilitating contact and the organization of meetings both before and during the fair. At the same time, it strengthens the long-term loyalty of international buyers to FRUIT LOGISTICA and creates additional opportunities for exchange and networking beyond the three days of the fair.

Matchmaking before the fair

One of the key elements of the programme is the personalized matchmaking service. Based on their interests and priority business areas, buyers and exhibitors are connected in a precise way. Meetings can already be arranged before the start of the fair, so that both sides can make the most of their time at FRUIT LOGISTICA and close deals from the very first moment.

“With the Buyers Club, we create direct access between the leading international buyers and the right exhibitors. Buyers find relevant business partners more quickly, while exhibitors gain direct access to key decision-makers. In this way, we create the best conditions for business success,” says Christina Freier, director of FRUIT LOGISTICA.

Exclusive services for verified buyers

The Buyers Club is aimed at verified buyers with corresponding decision-making authority and relevant purchasing volumes.

Members have access to the matchmaking service, the Buyers Lounge —with meeting areas and cloakroom service—, selected networking events and guided tours, as well as other exclusive services. The programme is complemented by up-to-date industry information and year-round networking opportunities that foster exchange between buyers and exhibitors and connect the international buyer community in the long term.
