Beerse, Belgium — Janssen PMP (Preservation and Material Protection) today announced the upcoming retirement of Joan Jørgensen, who has been with the company since 2005 and has served as General Manager since 2012.
Her retirement will take effect on March 31, 2026. Joan Jørgensen has been widely recognized for her leadership and strategic contributions, which have been key to the growth and success of Janssen PMP.
As part of this transition, Geoffroy de Chabot-Tramecourt has been appointed as the new General Manager of Janssen PMP, effective 1 October 2025. Geoffroy has been with Janssen PMP since 2008, starting as Business Unit Leader for Crop Management and later serving as Director of R&D and Business Development for both the Crop Management and Microbial Control business units.
An agronomist by training, Geoffroy began his career in business development and product management at Monsanto before taking on management roles across various organizations in the life sciences sector. His extensive experience in business strategy, research and development, and various leadership roles positions Geoffroy to guide Janssen PMP into its next phase of growth.
