Advanced ripening systems at Fruit Logistica 2022

Fruit Logistica, the world’s leading trade fair for global fresh fruit, hosts its trade show in Messe in Berlin again, from April 5 to April 7. EcoTop TurnEcoTop Turn is its state of the art system. This system swaps the airflow direction. Not by rotating the direction of the fans, but by rotating the frames in which the fans are mounted. With fans always running in the most efficient direction, optimal airflow and lower energy consumption is guaranteed. Side curtains ensure the right air guidance in the room. Mobile precool unit, to cool down rapidly to the desired temperatureThe Mobile Precool Unit allows you to rapidly cool down your (soft) fruit and vegetables to the desired temperature. The movable precool unit uses the existing cool air from your own cold store. It distributes the cool air actively and efficiently through the product in the boxes.
