Paclife Conference 2026 will hold its third edition with the aim of consolidating itself as one of the key technical meetings for the Chilean fruit industry. The event has become a space where field results, postharvest experiences and new technologies are shared, all aimed at improving the quality and competitiveness of fresh fruit in international markets.

Since its first edition, which brought together more than 300 attendees and addressed topics such as agricultural automation and the new challenges of the production chain, Paclife Conference has positioned itself as a meeting point between science, technology, logistics and the day-to-day operation of fruit exports. In 2026, the focus will be further strengthened on the connection between applied research and productive decision-making.

Patricio Rebolledo, general manager of Paclife Peru, points out:

"Paclife Conference is a space where knowledge is built through collaboration. It is not just experts coming to give talks; these are professionals who have been in the field, who have tested new technologies and who present real results for the industry."

Active atmosphere trials and postharvest performance

The 2026 edition will bring together specialists, technical advisers, export companies, researchers and supplier firms that will present the results of field research carried out during 2024 and early 2025. The planned content includes trials on active atmospheres, the behaviour of different varieties and postharvest performance, with data intended to provide objective criteria for technical and strategic decisions in the Chilean fruit sector.

According to the organizers, the key differentiating value of the event lies in the strength of the evidence generated in the field and in postharvest.

Rebolledo adds:

"The greatest value of this event is that the field, the fruit and the results are the ones that speak. And that is where everyone wins: growers, export companies and the country as a whole."

The participating companies will share innovations, emerging technologies and lessons learned from their work in the field, with the aim of improving the quality, traceability and competitiveness of Chilean fruit in the most demanding markets.

Applied knowledge and sector networking

The program of Paclife Conference 2026 will combine technical presentations with the sharing of trial results and practical experiences. The aim is to offer an updated view of the trends that are redefining postharvest, logistics and fresh fruit exports, from the perspective of those who work in these areas every day.

In addition to the technical content, the event is conceived as a networking space for growers, export companies, advisers and supplier industries of inputs and technologies. For participating companies, it represents an opportunity to exchange experiences, explore collaborations and present solutions aimed at improving the fruit value chain.

Paclife Conference 2026 will be held on 14 April 2026 at the Club de Campo de la Unión, in Curicó (Chile). Companies and professionals interested in taking part or obtaining more information can contact the organizers at infopac@paclife.cl; registration and agreement formalization will remain open until 10 December 2025.
