Sormac, a global specialist in vegetable and fruit processing technology, has announced the establishment of a new Southeast Asia Hub in Bangkok, Thailand, reinforcing the company's long-term commitment to customers and partners across the Asia-Pacific region.

The initiative builds on a strong and established partnership between Sormac and Primary Engineering, who have been collaborating closely to support customers in Thailand and beyond. The facility includes a fully equipped showroom and test area with a climate-controlled environment, allowing customers from across the region to perform a variety of trials using their own local products. Fully trained personnel are on hand to support customers, both during showroom visits and testing.

Hands-on experience and customer support are a primary focus of the new technology center. This will facilitate faster collaboration, allow for practical evaluation of the technology and provide the technical assistance needed to meet the specific demands of the Asia-Pacific market.

Patrick Frencken, Sales Manager at Sormac, said:

"With this initiative, we combine global expertise with a strong regional presence. This allows us to support customers from the early stages of a project through to daily operation, while remaining closely connected to their local needs and market conditions."
