Sormac will make its debut at IFE Manufacturing London 2026, taking place from March 30 to April 1 at ExCeL London as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week. The exhibition focuses on food production and supply chain solutions for the UK market.
At the event, Sormac will present its latest technologies for fresh vegetable processing, highlighting solutions designed to improve operational efficiency, product quality and yield in processing operations.
Sormac’s approach is centred on maintaining product quality throughout the processing chain, while supporting efficiency and consistent performance in fresh-cut operations.
Among the featured equipment is the Basket centrifuge MC-44/Vario, designed to gently remove excess surface water from washed salads and vegetables. Effective drying supports longer shelf life and helps maintain consistent product quality.
The MC-44/Vario is part of Sormac’s portfolio of machines developed for industrial fresh-cut processing applications.
Sormac will also highlight its vegetable processing line equipped with the Belt Slicer BSM-150, which enables a wide range of cutting applications including straight cuts, cross cuts, julienne and crinkle cuts across different types of fresh produce.
With a compact footprint and modular design, these processing lines can be configured with different washing and drying systems to match specific product and capacity requirements.
This flexibility allows processors to adapt their operations to current demands while supporting future growth, maintaining efficiency and consistent product quality throughout the process.
