During the training, attention is paid to the operation and possibilities of PROBA 5, including the control of temperature, humidity, gassing, pressure and ventilation. Participants also work on creating and optimising ripening programmes and on understanding how process settings can influence fruit quality.
By combining Frits Popma’s practical ripening expertise with VDH’s measurement and control technology, the training helps ripeners achieve consistent quality, colour, taste and shelf life.
The new training sessions will be organised in collaboration with VDH. Further information about dates and participation will be available through VDH.
The renewed interface will be supplied as standard with new PROBA 5 systems from VDH. Existing PROBA 5 installations can also be updated to the new layout. Customers who would like to know more about the possibilities for their installation can contact the Service & Support department of VDH.
VDH continues to develop its solutions based partly on feedback and practical experience from installers and end users. By combining this practical input with continued product development, the company aims to make the operation of ripening installations increasingly clear, efficient and user-friendly.
At VDH, we continuously develop our solutions together with installers, ripening specialists and end users. Their practical experience helps us make fruit ripening control clearer, smarter and easier to use.
