Following his recent appointment as Wyma’s Territory Manager for Scandinavia, James Tindale has wasted no time getting out into the field to meet customers and see their operations firsthand.
On a recent trip to Norway, James visited nine sites—including both long-standing Wyma customers and new prospects—where he listened closely to the challenges they’re facing and helped explore new solutions to improve postharvest performance.
James’s approach was simple but effective: start with a conversation, then walk the line.
Using a structured template, he encouraged open discussions with each site, asking about their current pain points—what’s working, what’s not, and where they see room for improvement.
