GREENFOG-SCALD, by FOMESA FRUITECH, improves the resistance of apples and pears against scald fruit.
It is applied as fog treatment containing natural antioxidants and food industry products. The logistics has the advantage of not having to manipulate the product, nor dipping the fruit. It is directly applied in the cool chamber, and therefore it does not generates wastewater.
GREENFOG-SCALD can be applied at the entry of the fruit in the cool chamber or later as an reinforcement treatment.
