The principle consists of blocking the temperature, and then the oxygen index, as quickly as possible, to slow down the natural respiration and the process of ripening the fruit. The Absoger product range allows complete control of gases in cold rooms. It has been developed in collaboration with the research centers to respond in the best possible way to the expectations of fruit storage needs.
The tightness of the CA chambers, as well as the optimal functioning of the refrigeration equipment, are two essential conditions for a good conservation in a controlled atmosphere.
